Cancellation Policy

Skén:nen Massage Therapy is a small, local business whose interest is not only in your wellness, but in the wellness of other clients who enjoy coming to the clinic. 

Your appointment time has been scheduled especially for you. With that in mind, Skén:nen Massage Therapy has a 24-hour cancellation policy that was developed to respect everyone’s time:

1. If you cancel without 24 hours notice, or you forget your appointment or don’t show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the appointment fee, plus HST.

2. If you cancel a second time without 24 hours notice, you will lose your online booking privileges and will need to call/text or email to book an appointment. 

3. If you cancel a third time without 24 hours notice, you will be discharged as a client.

Options: 
You can reschedule your appointment if it is well before the 24 hour timeline and/or send someone else in your place who might need it. 

If you arrive late for your appointment, the appointment time will continue as scheduled to respect the therapist’s time and schedule. This also helps to avoid taking time away from the next client.
